4.3 Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our services:
- Full Refund: Available within 30 days of program commencement if you are not satisfied with the quality of our training
- Partial Refund: May be available for unused portions of programs under special circumstances
- Cancellation: You may cancel enrollment up to 48 hours before program start for a full refund minus processing fees
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing enrollments but will apply to new registrations.
